After Hours Emergencies
The Engineering and Public Services Department schedules “on call” supervisory
personnel to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle general emergency situations threatening the public health, safety, and welfare.
Examples include downed tree limbs from right-of-way trees, extensive street flooding, inoperative traffic signals, missing regulatory signs, and hazardous snow and ice conditions on City roadways.
Contact Monroe County Dispatch at 734-241-3300, and they will contact an on-call supervisor to evaluate the situation and take appropriate action.
